Develop STW strategy and resource plan for Direct Impact Systems. Prepare resources in time for STW execution per the project schedule.
Develop detailed STW protocols for~ 700 Direct Impact Systems that encompass taking systems from Mechanical Completion to Commissioning and Qualification readiness, including:
Identifying pre-requisites
Creating LOTO and energization plans using master drawings
Facilitating software download
Defining safe energization of power and utilities
Performing and Coordinating Loop Checks and Calibrations
Performing motor rotation checks and other necessary pre-commissioning functional checks
Participate in necessary Mechanical Completion walkdowns
Manage teams performing STW activities on designated systems, including following all program documents and project safety requirements. Set and maintain the highest safety standard
Coordinate activities with CQV Area/System leads to identify and STW prioritized systems. Avoid STW activities impacting Commissioning and Qualification activities
Document STW activities per project GDP requirements and file completed STW protocols as agreed
