Key Responsibilities:

Coordinates equipment readiness for procedures by providing substitutions and responding to technical assistance requests.

Oversees proper storage and rotation of supplies, ensuring labeling and packaging meet standards.
Maintains detailed records of inventory, purchasing, equipment repairs, and expenses; reconciles budget variances and supports budget planning.

Position Summary:
The Field Technician will travel to store locations to perform maintenance and service repairs on various types of commercial food service equipment. Candidate will work with dispatchers and team supervisors to manage workload to complete calls in timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Repair and/or refurbish on equipment such as: frozen beverage, fountain soda coffee brewers, gas dispensing equipment, refrigerated cases, and other food service equipment.

HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician troubleshoots equipment, performs maintenance, repairs and installs HVAC Building and Data Center systems and equipment, supports the operation of the Facilities Emergency Management Systems. This role provides back up support for all other trades, such as electrical, plumbing, roofing, general construction, grounds, irrigation, and snow removal. They also participate in an on call program, responding to emergency call during and after hours and working overtime for snow removal and other building related needs.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
Trouble shoot, maintain, repair and install HVAC systems and equipment at the TJX Buildings and Data Center Facility. This equipment includes pumps, motors, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, boilers, roof top units, unit heaters and chillers.
Work with other skilled trades such as electrical, plumbing, general construction, grounds, irrigation and snow removal. Respond to emergency calls as part of an on-call program and participate in any activity necessary to keep the Facility operating properly.
Operate, troubleshoot, and repair the Energy Management System software and hardware controlling the Home Office complex.
Oversee contractors working in the facility to insure the quality of work and minimize the disruption to the facility.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
5 years as an HVAC Technician
2 years in service and troubleshooting of commercial buildings
2 years with experience in operating energy management systems
Technical or trade school education in heating, ventilating and air conditioning
Required to hold a Refrigeration Technician License with the state

Air Masters is a well established commercial HVAC company looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Mechanic. We service Southeastern MA and RI. Our company services and installs and maintains all makes and models of HVAC equipment. This position will be mostly service, it will also include installations of RTUs, Heat Pumps and VRF equipment. Pay will be based on experience and certifications. This position has a significant amount of prevailing wage work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum 3 years commercial HVAC service experience
Minimum 3 years HVAC system installation experience

Journeyman refrigeration license in either MA or RI

Job Summary
Fleet Mechanic is responsible for service and maintenance, keeping in good order all Ground Service Equipment at a designated station, keeping Swissport Ramp and other service agencies safe with reliable equipment that meets all local and governing laws.

Your activities
Operate and drive all types of GSE equipment - motorized and non-motorized.
Perform and show competence in preventive maintenance per established schedules on all ground support equipment.
Provide trouble-shooting and diagnostic assessment of ground support equipment as required.
Hydraulic knowledge or basics necessary. Must be willing to learn hydraulic systems.
Airport deicing training will be required. Reporting to work during snow, Ice and cold weather required. Overtime is necessary during weather emergencies.
Will be working outside in all weather conditions year-round.
Remove malfunctioning ground support equipment from service and ensure GSE is not returned to service until malfunction has been accurately diagnosed and repaired.
Respond to emergency service calls as well as accidents involving ground support equipment.
Complete all maintenance/repair documentation consistent with carrier, station, airport authority, municipal, state, federal and SP requirements.
Comply with all federal, provincial, municipal, airport authority and carrier security requirements.
Will retain a motor vehicle driver's license for both air side / non airside in good standing at all times.
Follow all safety guidelines set out by WCB, EPA, WHIMIS, and SP management.
Keep GSE shop and its equipment always clean and serviceable, report all deficiencies to management.
Fuel equipment as necessary with full regard for all safety and environmental requirements.
Will liaison with Ramp management, customers and staff in a professional manner when needed.
Work as a self-starter and report to shop leads daily.

Valid driver's license.
Must have tools.
HEAVY DUTY TRUCK AND DIESEL EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.
Trade school training and or a mechanical background preferred.
Good oral and verbal communication skills.
Good computer skills.
Willing to clean and maintain a safe workshop.
Willing to travel when necessary for training or to assist other SP stations with GSE needs as required.
