Description: The Service Technician is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while performing on-site diagnostic, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of gate and door systems. Required Education and Experience: Overhead door, CCTV, gate operator, electrical or welding experience a must at least 2-3 years' experience. Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School diploma and 3 or more years working with gate operators, electronic controls, or other low-voltage electrical systems, or similar trade-related experience. Associates degree or vocational program with a focus on electro-mechanical systems preferred. Familiarity with basic welding principles is preferred. Must have at least 2-3 years of installation/service field-related experience working on-site at customer locations and interacting with customers. OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred.
