We are looking for a highly motivated and customer service oriented Utility Person for our Savannah location. SUMMARY Perform custodial/cleaning and maintenance duties in offices, warehouses, industrial areas, and other building interiors. Perform exterior grounds/facility maintenance. Follow procedures in the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to Company property. Perform materials movement and storage duties utilizing a forklift, jockey truck, and/or pickup truck. Perform driving duty to deliver parts for equipment repair/maintenance to other Company locations and to vendors. Load and unload spare parts and cores. Pickup and deliver material, spare parts, and cores as needed. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
