SUMMARY Perform custodial/cleaning and maintenance duties in offices, warehouses, industrial areas, and other building interiors. Perform exterior grounds/facility maintenance. Follow procedures in the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to Company property. Perform materials movement and storage duties utilizing a forklift, jockey truck, and/or pickup truck.
