Job Category Retail Position Summary The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a unique hybrid role for stores and is intended as a key pipeline for future career-growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. Use proper protective gear (booties, floor covers) on every customer visit. Provide clear communication with customers, including repair options and verbal replacement quotes for aging systems. Complete on-site repairs when possible; document all work with before/after photos and checklist completion. Create and review estimates in the field using our digital invoicing system (HP). Order parts, track warranty items, and label returned parts for documentation. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the company vehicle and adhere to truck stock list, as well as company truck policies. Support teammates and contribute to daily operations through basic housekeeping and communication with management. Educate customers on filter changes, thermostats, and overall HVAC usage best practices. Represent Atteberry Marshall professionally in every interaction. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and EPA certification required.
