Facilities Technician III Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities The Facilities Technician II is responsible for performing a wide range of skilled maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operational support activities across the facility, grounds, and building systems. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Mechanical Systems Maintenance & Repair Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC-R systems, including air handlers, chillers, rooftop units, CRAC units, exhaust systems, and ducting.
