To be eligible for the position of Automotive Alignment Technicians you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. In addition, it is preferred that Alignment Technicians possess a state inspection license.
As an active position, Automotive Alignment Technicians are required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. Alignment Technicians must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Job Responsibilities:
Foaming Equipment start up, shut down, operations and clean-up for the following
Belt Drive Foam Filling Machine
Green Machine Foam Filling Machine
Graco Pump
Simple programming of Trio-Fill Machines
Follow established Pomp's work instructions to ensure properly foam mix and pressurization
Maintain clean and orderly work area
Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
Job Requirements:
Basic tire knowledge helpful
Positive attitude, self-motivated
Reading comprehension skills
Willingness to work within other facility areas if/as needed
Ability to work overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, pull, or push 50 pounds frequently, 100 pounds occasionally
Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty
Ability to kneeling, bending over and back
Standing continuously throughout the shift
Must be tolerable to required PPE (Face-shield, apron, protective sleeves, and rubber gloves)
