Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will bring maturity, a strong sense of compassion and a commitment to team work. Our Campus Services Team is responsible for the safe and timely transport of residents, guests to appointments in the local area. Other functions of this position include maintaining vehicular logs and ensuring the interior and exterior of the vehicles are kept clean and presentable at all times. The ideal candidate must be able to lift at least 30 pounds consistently, push 100 pounds of force occasionally and provide quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork while meeting the needs of residents, staff and visitors. CDL license not required. Prior experience working with the elderly population is a plus.

Operates Hospital motor vehicle(s) in order to complete a variety of pick up and delivery assignments. Maintains delivery documentation with appropriate forms. Ensures vehicle is maintained in a clean, safe and mechanically sound operating condition.

**JOB DUTIES**

1.Actively demonstrates the organization's mission and core values, and conducts oneself at all times in a manner consistent with these values.

2.Knows and adheres to all laws and regulations pertaining to patient health, safety and medical information.

Role Description


We are looking for a Septic Technician to operate a company service truck and drive to various locations to service/pump septic tanks. This is the heart of our business, so this job is very important to us.


Essential Functions


  • Provide professional service to customers Wash truck weekly- inside & out
  • Comply with rules & regulations at disposal plants
  • Complete paperwork -- pricing, locations, conditions Daily pre & post trip -- (check fluids & tires)
  • Confirm all supplies are loaded on the truck;
  • Review and map out next day jobs Daily DOT forms to be completed
  • Complete the Ten-point septic service guideline
  • Drivers responsible to hand in monthly commission form
  • Use the tank's main access (largest opening) for routine cleaning, if accessible
  • Observe the liquid level in the tank to determine if it is above the outlet
  • Remove waste to within two inches of the tank bottom
  • Notify the customer when sewage flows into the tank from the drainage area.
  • Observe and note defective septic system components on work order
  • Recommend any Maintenance or Service using the Optional Service Sheet.
  • Notify the customer in writing of any unsatisfactory conditions observed
  • Attend training opportunities as requested


Qualifications
