What you'll do: Route planning and execution: Prepare the delivery vehicle each day before leaving the warehouse to ensure it is loaded correctly; familiarize yourself with the route layout and customers' requests to complete the scheduled route. Complete all deliveries on route as scheduled. Ensure route optimization by identifying challenges or roadblocks ahead of time to complete the route in the most efficient manner. Customer service: Interact with customers while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Address customer questions or concerns during deliveries. Product knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the products being delivered and the proper product handling associated with bottled water, PE tanks, salt, and additional products as applicable.
