Steven Gottfried is a co-founder of ReTool Ventures, and EquipID. He is also the Chairman of UtilizeCore. Prior Steven was the CEO of ServiceChannel, and Executive Managing Director of ServiceChannel Ventures (SCV). Steven has more than three decades of experience in facilities maintenance-focused technology and entrepreneurship. Previous to founding ServiceChannel, Steven founded and sold, ServiceTechnologies Inc., an enterprise resource planning solution designed for service contractors. Steven was also CEO at Capital Electronics, Inc., another company he founded and sold to Emcor in the late 80s. Collaboratively, Steven and Serge have raised 100s of millions in capital from prestigious venture capital firms. Most recently, they raised 54m from Accel to fuel ServiceChannel and EquipID from Contour Ventures.

Brent Pearson joined ServiceChannel as an Executive Director in 2014. Most recently he was a Vice President of Bayard Capital and helped build Landis+Gyr into the world’s leading electricity metering and smart grid company responsible for acquisitions, business development, global partnerships, and fundraising. Bayard eventually sold Landis+Gyr to Toshiba for $2.3 billion in 2011. He has also advised private equity firm KKR on smart grid transactions. Previously Brent was a principal with Cherry Tree, a boutique investment banking and venture capital firm focused on technology, software, and information utilities. He holds a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of Iowa.

Lev Kurts is a CTO at ServiceChannel and is based in New York City, New York. He has worked as SVP, Engineering at ServiceChannel; Director Of Workspeed Product Development and Management at MRI Software; and Senior Software Developer/Project Manager at DISCUS DATA SOLUTIONS INC. Lev studied at Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University) between 1992 and 1998 and New York University between 2008 and 2008.

Hugues Meyrath is a VP:Global Services & Support at Brocade Communications Systems and Chief Product Officer at ServiceChannel and is based in Pleasanton, California. He has worked as Vice President, Software Division at JUNIPER NETWORKS INC; Vice President, Services at JUNIPER NETWORKS INC; and Director, Business Development at sanrise inc. Hugues attended Haas School of Business - UC Berkeley between 1997 and 1999, UCLA, and UCLouvain.

Tom Buiocchi joined ServiceChannel as an Executive Director in 2014. Tom has more than 30 years of experience leading growth companies in both technology and energy services, including Jeda Networks (interim CEO), Drobo (CEO), Mohr Davidow Ventures (Executive in Residence), Brocade Communications (CMO), Rhapsody Networks (Vice President Marketing), Enron Energy Services, FMES (co-founder and COO), and Hewlett-Packard. Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Union College and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Christopher Mills is a Chief Sales Officer at ServiceChannel and is based in Denver, Colorado. He has worked as GM Avaya Global Connect at AVAYA INC, Program Manager Information Technology at Joint Spectrum Center, and Executive Director - GCSS-AF at United States Air Force. Christopher attended GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY between 1998 and 2000 and United States Air Force Academy between 1991 and 1995.
