Pros of working at ServiceLink

There are NONE. Management isn't helpful and you are worked until your health deteriorates. I've seen it happen to multiple people. Do not work here if you value the following things: Health, family, benefits, good pay.

Cons of working at ServiceLink

This was by far the worst job I have ever had. Upper management gives 0 craps about you and all management cares about is their quarterly bonus that they get for working their employees 12-14 hours a day with mandatory OT and complete nonsense. They're not curing cancer here. People have lives. Management is terrible. The employees know the job more than the idiots managing them. Just a terrible company to work for.

ServiceLink benefits

NONE. It was awful to work here. I wouldn't even recommend working here to an enemy it's that bad.

What do you like best about ServiceLink's CEO and the leadership team?

The CEO sends out stupid videos like he cares about you, but he doesn't. He cares about the bottom line and nothing else. He sends jobs to India so he can lay off employees here. Smart guy, hates America.

How would you improve ServiceLink's culture?

Clean house in upper management.

How did you prepare for the ServiceLink interview?

N/A.

How does your compensation at ServiceLink compare to the industry average?

Awful compensation. Now that non-compete clauses will go by the way-side soon, a lot of employees should jump ship.

What brings you the most joy at ServiceLink?

When I leave for the day, but then the anxiety hits around 8 or 9pm that night that I have to go back. YES, it's that terrible.

Pros of working at ServiceLink

Nothing, there are no redemable qualities about working at this sweat shop. Long story short. Run, do not work here. All managment cares about it getting their quarterly bonus, they work their employees as hard as they can they do mass layoffs when ever their matrix says there are too many people. You are just a number to be used and abuse. I have seen multiple people have major health issues after working at this company for 10 plus years due to stress. I have also seen multiple people taken out in ambulances because of the 12-14 hour days, Once again, run.

Cons of working at ServiceLink

Already laid it out, stay away from this company if you value your time.

ServiceLink benefits

None, they supposedly give bonuses, I never got one in my years of working at ServiceLink.

Pros of working at ServiceLink

The atmosphere, learning all the ins and outs of what it entails to close on a property, or refinancing.

Cons of working at ServiceLink

The hours I had worked, I was on the 11:30am-8pm shift. We had to do alot of overtime while I was there, especially during our "crunch" time of the month, therefore I was going in at 830 or 9 in the morning and staying until 8 at night.

ServiceLink benefits

My favorite perk would be the retirement plan.
