What you will be doing: Servicing commercial facilities in order to control pest problems Performing routine services - perimeter and interior treatment, dealing with pest control issues - and seasonal pest services (mosquitos, etc.) Communicating and documenting through both verbal and detailed written communication with customers on completed services and future upkeep Inspecting buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestation Identifying, selecting, and applying chemical or manual solutions to eliminate pests Organizing and upholding audit standards for particular accounts Managing day-to-day schedule to complete necessary services in a timely manner Selling services to new and existing customers. Compensation: In addition to having more independence in your scheduling, we provide you with the opportunity to control your income. While some positions provide the same wage regardless of effort, at Terminix you have unlimited earnings potential. Our commission-based pay structure rewards you for completing services, making sales, and provides a bonus system each month for achieving your goals!
