Summary:
Rescue Ready Service Agents are the front line of Rescue Ready Services. Our

o Physical Annual Inspection of every assigned AED in the defined territory
o Occasional assistance with placement and installation of AEDs at customer locations
o Replacement of Pads & Batteries as needed
o Post Event support and data retrieval from AEDs
o Reporting issues through the Rescue Ready Services Ticketing System

Required Qualifications:
Rescue Ready Service Agent must be able to operate computer equipment and a smart phone with the Check AED mobile application. Due to the nature and environments our service professionals visit, all Rescue Ready Service Agents must pass a full background check and drug screening prior to hire. A state issued driver's license is required. A smart phone or tablet is required to use the mobile application and will not be provided.
Desired Qualifications:
Fire/Police/Military/EMS background strongly preferred. Veteran Status is a plus. Certified in CPR/AED/FA is also preferred.
Travel:
Local travel and short distance driving. Agents will be expected to submit their own expense reports and accurately document mileage travelled, and time worked through the systems provided.

In order to become a full fledged Detention Service Officer, this position requires one year of experience as a jailer and the successful completion of a field training course and a course that includes instruction provided by the Dallas County on federal and state statutes that relate to employment management issues affecting jailers. Physical Requirements/Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to perform defense tactics against individuals. 6. Monitors and controls inmates' behavior in holdover cells and housing unit cells and periodically conducts physical head counts.
7. Controls the operation of internal and external doors and elevators to maximize safety, security and inmate control
8. Supervises the serving of meals, laundering and exchange of clothing and bedding, as well as cleaning and sanitation within a secure facility.
9. Provides kitchen security during food preparation, transportation and cleanup.
10. Escorts inmates to and from the law library, recreation facilities, religious services, visitation and other functions, and assures that all individuals seeking to see inmates have signed in and are authorized visitors.
11. Searches inmates' incoming mail to identify, remove and document any contraband prior to delivering the mail.
12. Operates fire, riot and other equipment required to rapidly respond to jail emergencies and conducts unannounced detailed searches of inmates' cells and other jail facilities to locate and seize contraband.

The objective of the On-Call Guest Service Ambassador (In-Room Dining) is to provide friendly, courteous and professional in-room dining service to guests while maintaining high level of service as per Langham Hospitality Group and Forbes standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:
Telephone Sales Agent:
Promptly answer guests' calls, announce any specials, promote menu items and answer questions regarding preparation methods. Menu knowledge is important.
Document orders; repeat items back to callers to ensure accuracy and quote expected arrival time per set standards with speed and accuracy.
Input order information into POS, allowing culinary staff to begin preparation; note any special requests clearly.
Assist service staff during peak periods by preparing service trays and generally assisting with all efforts to ensure prompt delivery.
Respond to guest complaints in a positive manner, negotiate a compromise and implement a solution satisfactory to the guest.
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/ her attention corrective action could be taken when appropriate.
