SCOPE OF ROLE:
Provide quality cleanliness oversight to assigned building(s).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas within the facility. This includes but is not limited to: floor care (mopping, sweeping, buffing, stripping and waxing), cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, separating recyclables, emptying garbage, wiping windows and walls, and cleaning stairways.
Carry out minor repairs and building maintenance throughout assigned areas of the facility.
Responsible for exterior snow and ice removal as well as upkeep of the grounds. This includes but is not limited to sidewalk maintenance, maintaining landscaping, and all other aspects of the building exterior.
Assist Staff with special events by setting the chairs and tables up for use making sure the area is clean and safe for all
Maintain building maintenance tools and machinery to ensure that all items are in good working condition.
If Program does not have a superintendent, Responsible for ordering cleaning supplies, paper supplies, lightbulbs, garbage bags, etc. and maintaining biweekly inventory.
Assist in moving and storing program supplies, office furniture, office equipment, dorm furniture, consumer belongings, and other items in and around the facility when and where appropriate.
Comply with all SUS Employee Policies, Procedures and Protocols SUS Cooperate Compliance Policies
Willing to assist when EMERGENCIES arise in the Facility
Must wear SUS maintenance uniform and must maintain uniform so that it is clean and presentable at the start of each shift.
Complete other tasks assigned by Director or Superintendent
Attend staff meetings, group supervision, and trainings as needed.
Assist with apartment turn over following move outs to prepare apartments for new families, this includes plastering, sanding walls and painting; transporting resident and property to new apartment/unit.

The reporting location for this position is Hungry Valley State Vehicular Recreation Area, 46001 Orwin Way, Gorman, CA 93243. This position will work under the supervision of the Park Maintenance Supervisor.
This is a Seasonal position where the park maintenance aide performs routine housekeeping and maintenance of facilities and grounds at Hungry Valley State Park. Duties include litter and garbage collection and disposal; cleaning and maintaining picnic areas, restrooms, offices, and visitor centers; and assisting with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, vandalism repairs, road and trail maintenance, fence repairs, and assist the State Park Equipment Operator with various projects. This position may work up to 1500 hours within 12 consecutive months. This position may be required to work Weekends and Holidays. Reporting of park issues and problems to lead staff is required. Reliable transportation is essential due to the remote work location. This position is designated as not telework eligible.
This is a uniformed position, and the successful candidate will be required to purchase and wear a State Parks uniform.
The selected candidate is required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan fingerprinting prior to appointment.
Possession of a valid driver's license of the appropriate class and a safe driving record as documented by the Department of Motor Vehicles within 60 days prior to appointment. Osborne has opened its first transitional housing and reentry program, The Fulton Community Reentry Center (Fulton). Fulton will provide 140 beds of transitional reentry housing to formerly incarcerated men who would otherwise be homeless after discharge from a correctional facility. Fulton will also provide onsite reentry services, including case management, benefits enrollment, employment, health, and substance use disorder treatment. The facility operates 365 days on a 24-hour basis daily, including evening and weekend hours (some positions will require non-traditional work hours).
We are currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Worker to join our Fulton Community Reentry Center team! The Maintenance Worker will perform custodial duties to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner. They will also provide basic maintenance and repair as necessary. This position will report to the Operations Manager. The candidate will be expected to work Monday - Friday from 12am-8am.
Salary Range: $21.98 - $23.08 per hour
Requirements Essential Duties
Learn and integrate a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, using an anti-oppressive lens, into your work with clients
Cleaning all elements of the facility including floors, walls, kitchens, bathroom, common areas, etc. Handling garbage collection and removal.
Thoroughly cleaning residential units and all associated elements such as stoves, refrigerators, painting, plastering, etc. in order to prepare them for incoming clients
Performing a variety of general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, changing batteries in smoke and carbon dioxide detectors
Moving, loading, unloading, and transporting furniture, equipment, tools, and supplies for use at the facility.
Assembling and installing furniture and equipment

We are currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Worker to join our Fulton Community Reentry Center team! The Maintenance Worker will perform custodial duties to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner. They will also provide basic maintenance and repair as necessary. This position will report to the Operations Manager. The candidate will be expected to work Monday - Friday from 12am-8am.

Duties Description The Thruway Maintenance Worker (TMW), under the supervision of Thruway Maintenance Supervisors 1 or 2 journey-level trades worker, works alone or as a member of a team performing maintenance, repair, improvement and reconstruction of pavements, shoulders, medians, rights-of-way, facilities, ramps, interchanges, bridges, culverts, water control and other structures, appurtenances and retaining walls.

A. Possession of a valid NYS Commercial Driver License Class B Permit with tank endorsement and no air brake restriction
TMW Trainee 2 level: 104-week Traineeship:
A. Possession of a valid Commercial Driver License Class B with tank endorsement and no airbrake restriction, and six (6) months of experience operating construction equipment and vehicles, and twelve (12) months of experience in carpentry, masonry, welding, ironwork, or other trade related to bridge construction or repair; or
