What You Will Do
Executive Support & Representation
Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, anticipate conflicts, and ensure alignment with priorities.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups; capture and distribute accurate meeting notes and action items.
Act as a trusted liaison and gatekeeper, handling confidential and high-priority matters with discretion.
Draft, edit, and proof important correspondence; build polished PowerPoint decks; and create Excel-based reports, charts, and dashboards.
Plan and manage domestic and occasional international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and cost optimization.
Maintain and update executive social media presence, including LinkedIn, in alignment with Servicon's brand and voice.
Develop and implement SOPs for executive support functions, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Support special projects and initiatives that advance organizational goals and executives' priorities.
AI-Enabled Productivity
Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot for M365, ChatGPT/LLM workflows) to draft agendas, summarize meetings, triage inboxes, prepare travel itineraries, generate surveys/forms, and produce reports-with human oversight for accuracy, compliance, and data privacy.
Apply responsible-use practices and Servicon policies; validate outputs; document prompts/playbooks; and embed AI into SOPs for repeatable quality.
Systems, SOPs & Continuous Improvement
Stand up new routines and SOPs for executive support (email triage, calendar standards, travel, comms, LinkedIn workflow), aligning with Servicon tools and training (Office 365, UKG, iCIMS, Salesforce, Teams/OneNote).
Capture best practices, build playbooks, and iterate for speed, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
What It Takes To Be Successful
Position Requirements
5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
Demonstrated AI literacy in business workflows (e.g., drafting, summarizing, prioritization, travel planning, surveys/forms, reporting) with strong judgment, privacy awareness, and quality control.
Advanced Excel (formulas, data cleaning, pivot tables/charts) and PowerPoint (storyline, visuals, charts).
Mastery of calendar orchestration; you can simplify complexity and protect executive focus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to write in leadership voices and communicate concisely under time pressure.
High discretion/confidentiality; comfortable representing senior executives and managing expectations.
Proficiency in M365 (Outlook, Teams, OneNote); familiarity with UKG (Kronos), iCIMS, and Salesforce is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability to competing priorities.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Pay Range and Compensation Package
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $90,000 - 105,000 annually. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. You will also be eligible for annual cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors. The Role

The Role
The Dispatch Support team member is directly responsible for creating work orders for the Facilities Department from multiple sites based on service requests made through telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests; closing work orders once service is complete; and tracking order status on a spreadsheet. Mon-Fri 4pm-12:30am
We're seeking a reliable cleaner to service one courthouse per shift, scheduled 3-4 evenings per week with advance notice provided. Note: You will be guaranteed a minimum of 24 hours per week. The hours are from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM and includes general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation. Ideal candidates are dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable with a flexible weekly schedule.
This role will provide janitorial services to the following courthouses:
Van Nuys Courthouse East
Van Nuys Courthouse West
San Fernando Courthouse
What You Will Do
Empty, clean, and damp wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove wastepaper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.
Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
Keep janitor's closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.
Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.
