The Role The Bilingual HR & Safety Generalist is responsible for supporting a variety of Human Resource and Safety functions in collaboration with onsite healthcare management. This role reports to Director, HR People & Culture and provides multi-site support to our healthcare operations leadership and other stakeholders in a variety of areas including, but not limited to day-to-day HR support, employee relations, safety, workers compensation, and injury response. What You Will Do Human Resources: Partners with senior leadership/management to interpret, define, communicate, and implement various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations. Continuously conduct behavior-based safety observations and train other employees and managers to ensure that safety and operations integrity is demonstrated every day. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and materials and provide recommendations to improve quality and execution. Responsible for leading all site safety investigative reviews and developing cause maps to address the root cause of the incidents and ensuring that action plans are developed as needed and that timelines goals are accomplished. What It Takes To Be Successful 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience in a healthcare environment a plus. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, preferred but not required. Pay ranges between $21.50-$23 per hour depending on experience. This mobile role involves travelling between locations, so a valid driver's license and dependable transport are required. This position runs from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM and includes general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation. What You Will Do Empty, clean, and damp wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove wastepaper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas. Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. The Role Janitorial Supervisor - 2nd Shift Schedule: 5:00 PM-1:30 AM San Gabriel Valley (Multiple Court Locations) We're seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple court facilities in the San Gabriel Valley. This hands-on role ensures each location is maintained to high standards by leading staff, monitoring quality, coordinating schedules, and addressing operational needs. If you're organized, proactive, and confident managing teams across multiple sites, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to support essential public spaces. What You Will Do Provides onsite supervision of staff, monitoring supplies and equipment, and communicates daily assignments to staff. Models and coaches' team on effective use of safety equipment. Follow all safety procedures when using chemicals and equipment. Inspects the work of team members for compliance with prescribed standards of cleanliness, including all regulatory requirements. Develops and guides employees; resolves routine employee relations issues, including corrective action; escalates and/or consults with human resources when appropriate. Participates in the recruitment and selection process to ensure the team is properly staffed with appropriate skillsets. Onboards and trains new employees to ensure proper understanding of policies, work procedures, and use/maintenance of equipment, chemical requirements, and safe work behaviors. What It Takes To Be Successful Ability to successfully complete Live Scan background check for LA County. 1+ years of environmental services/housekeeping experience; Lead or prior supervisory experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Excellent interpersonal skills with peers and client staff. Ability to execute on and achieve established goals and objectives with employees. Ability to train, coach, discipline where needed, evaluate, and mentor employees. Familiar with technology and timekeeping systems, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
