The Role
EVS Housekeeper - Part Time (Thurs-Mon, 8:30 AM-3:00 PM) - $24/hr.
Join our compassionate team at our behavioral health hospital, where your work helps create a safe, healing, and welcoming environment for patients and staff. We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Environmental Services (EVS) Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our facility. This part-time position runs Thursday through Monday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and offers excellent pay at $24 per hour. What You Will Do

Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and all other horizontal surfaces.
Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
Damp-mop or clean any spillage in the office, stairwells, and public areas as required.
Keep janitor's closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.
Sweep or dust mop hard floor surfaces.

The Role
The Bilingual HR & Safety Generalist is responsible for supporting a variety of Human Resource and Safety functions in collaboration with onsite healthcare management. Human Resources:

Continuously conduct behavior-based safety observations and train other employees and managers to ensure that safety and operations integrity is demonstrated every day.
Review and evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and materials and provide recommendations to improve quality and execution.
Responsible for leading all site safety investigative reviews and developing cause maps to address the root cause of the incidents and ensuring that action plans are developed as needed and that timelines goals are accomplished.
Coordinate and monitor the site-based safety committees and other safety-related support groups.
Manage the site safety incentive programs established for the site.

5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience in a healthcare environment a plus.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, preferred but not required.

Interviews, selects, hires, trains, develops, and evaluates EVS supervisory and management team that are direct reports.
Performs designated rounding with team members, noting successful areas and performance, as well as correcting areas that need improvement.
Conducts regular EVS meetings and communicates interdepartmentally to drive successful results. These may include patient satisfaction, Infection Prevention practices, safety behaviors, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and contract compliance.
Schedules major project work, assuring that adequate staff and supplies are available.
Responsible for overall operation of the hospital's EVS department, working with hospital and Servicon leadership when needed.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor II to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations of environmental services staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, infection control, and patient safety across assigned areas. What It Takes To Be Successful
Minimum 3 years of progressive operations supervisory/lead experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital/environmental services/housekeeping environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced setting.
Proven track record of managing staffing, scheduling, and performance to meet operational goals.
Must adhere to hospital infection control and safety protocols at all times.

The Role
The Supervisor I plays a critical leadership role at our multi-building NGC Palmdale campus. This position oversees second-shift custodial operations, ensures service excellence, supports a strong client relationship, and maintains a safe, compliant, and productive work environment. The Supervisor I directly supervises approximately 16 custodial team members and collaborates closely with the on-site manager, leads, and a dedicated floor care team.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong field presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.
Location: Palmdale, CA (NGC - J Code 21)
Schedule: Full-time (Hourly) Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Compensation: $27.00-$28.00 per hour
Bonus: Eligible for up to 5% annual bonus
Reports To: On-Site Operations Manager
Key Requirements: US Citizenship, background check, MVR (Valid Driver's License), Credit check, min. 1 year of janitorial supervisory experience.
What You Will Do Operational Leadership & Oversight
Supervise a team of 16 second-shift custodial employees, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to Servicon and client standards.
Conduct daily site walks and inspections using SmartInspect or other approved tools.
Ensure proper staffing, manage call-offs, and coordinate shift coverage as needed.
Support and guide the night lead and floor care team in executing nightly assignments.
Client Interaction & Communication
Maintain strong, proactive communication with the client and internal leadership through email, meetings, and real-time updates.
Review and manage janitorial/facilities tickets using the client's systems; ensure completion and follow-up.
Participate in client meetings, walkthroughs, and operational check-ins as required.
Administrative Duties
Manage timekeeping, attendance corrections, and payroll submissions in UKG.
Maintain records, logs, inspection results, and follow-up documentation.
Prepare and deliver operational updates, reports, and performance summaries as needed.
Safety, Compliance & Training
Model and enforce Servicon safety policies, PPE requirements, and site-specific procedures.
Ensure employees use chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
Provide coaching, performance guidance, and on-the-job training to team members.
Mobility & Site Coverage
Drive company vehicles and golf carts between buildings across a large multi-site campus.
Travel occasionally to nearby locations (up to ~35 miles) using company vehicles.
Work in varying temperatures and weather conditions, including heat, wind, and cold.
What It Takes To Be Successful
U.S. Citizen (required for site access and clearance eligibility).
Minimum 1 year of janitorial supervisory experience (janitorial industry experience required).
Bilingual (English & Spanish) - required to communicate effectively with staff and leadership.
Strong working knowledge of janitorial procedures, equipment, and chemical usage.
Ability to manage timekeeping/payroll in UKG or similar workforce management systems.
Comfortable using technology, including email, tablets/laptops, inspection tools, and client platforms.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check (driving company vehicles is required).
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and credit check per site requirements.
Ability to walk, stand, drive, and work outdoors for extended periods.

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to service one courthouse per shift, scheduled 3-4 evenings per week with advance notice provided for all shifts. This position runs from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM and includes general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation. Ideal candidates are dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable with a flexible weekly schedule.
What You Will Do
Empty, clean, and damp wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove wastepaper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.
Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
Keep janitor's closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.

We're seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple court facilities in the San Gabriel Valley. This hands-on role ensures each location is maintained to high standards by leading staff, monitoring quality, coordinating schedules, and addressing operational needs. What You Will Do
Provides onsite supervision of staff, monitoring supplies and equipment, and communicates daily assignments to staff.

Ability to train, coach, discipline where needed, evaluate, and mentor employees.
