SERVPRO of Scranton and SERVPRO of Allentown are seeking a detail-oriented Contents Restoration Estimator to join our growing team. This role is focused exclusively on writing contents restoration estimates, including pack-outs, cleaning, storage, manipulation, and replacement documentation for insurance claims.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of contents restoration processes, is proficient in Xactimate, and can accurately capture scope, pricing, and documentation that meets carrier requirements. This position plays a critical role in maximizing claim accuracy, cycle time efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Write contents restoration estimates in Xactimate & Symbility for insurance claims
Prepare estimates for:
Contents pack-out and pack-back
Cleaning (fire, water, mold, specialty cleaning)
Manipulation and storage
Contents inventory valuation and replacement documentation
Review field documentation (photos, notes, inventories) to ensure estimate accuracy
Collaborate with Production Managers, Contents Technicians, and Project Managers
Communicate with insurance adjusters to clarify scope, pricing, and line items

Assist in supplement preparation and revisions as needed

Qualifications
