RESPONSIBILITIES: -Water extraction, light demolition, use of hand tools and power tools -Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. -Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and shop areas -Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project. -Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times. -Communicate with crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes. -Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance -Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines as directed -Inventory shop supplies on a regular basis and report on low inventory items to management -Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance. This position involves packing, moving, transporting, and storing customer belongings safely and efficiently during property restoration or relocation projects. Key Responsibilities Contents Handling & Inventory Conduct detailed inventories of customer belongings using SERVPRO software or digital tracking systems. Pack and wrap items using appropriate materials such as bubble wrap, shrink wrap, and specialty crates. Disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances as required. Identify and document damaged or non-salvageable items. Label, tag, and photograph items to maintain clear chain-of-custody records. Loading, Transport, and Delivery Safely load and unload contents using professional moving techniques and tools (dollies, straps, lifts). Drive SERVPRO vehicles to and from job sites when authorized.
