+ Perform maintenance and repairs to all mechanical equipment and systems.
+ Conduct building tours, maintain equipment loss, and report deficiencies for corrective action.
+ Respond to all HVAC trouble calls and troubleshoot the systems to meet the operational and comfort needs of the building(s) occupants, where applicable.
+ Be proficient ¡n the functionality of the BMS/EMS and understand the sequences required for proper building, equipment and system operations.
+ Work with engineers, contractors and consultants in evaluating the proper operation of the building systems.
+ Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and controls to determine problems and perform necessary repairs.
+ Maintain HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis as part of the facilities preventive maintenance program.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned, assisting other tradesmen, and emergency repairs.
+ Adhere to established HVAC work order preventive maintenance schedule.
+ Completes work in accordance with C&W Services Business Systems Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
+ Create and maintain all operational SOPs for site specific equipment and systems.\

+ Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
+ QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience):
+ Minimum of two to five years in a commercial building with field experience in performing preventive maintenance.
+ Must be licenses in EPA Universal and Freon reclaim and OSHA certification.
+ Education or training in HVAC, and controls. Knowledge of HVAC and components.
+ Able to work independently and take initiative when necessary as well as capable of working as a member of a team and in conjunction with other trades.
+ Must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent customer service skills.
+ Prior history with preventive maintenance and ability to operate a variety of tools and mechanical systems.

Internal claims management and estimating services for commercial and residential projects - Water & Fire Mitigation, Mold & Bio-Remediation, Contents, Construction, and other Environmental work
Review, analyze and validate restoration & construction field documentation including scope, sketch, photos, and 3D scan
Utilize various project documentation tools, software, and technology (i.e. XactAnalysis, MICA, Matterport/DocuSketch, etc.)
Create accurate and comprehensive estimates in Xactimate & Symbility, considering all scope and relevant factors, such as labor, materials, overhead cost, and margins
Create & submit project proposals and bids for contract work
Complete Time & Materials software data entry
Provide timely supplements and change orders as requested by field staff, obtaining approvals as necessary
Review and analyze estimates written by peers, insurance adjusters, consultants, and other 3rd-party services
Understand and adhere to client/TPA guidelines for estimating, exceeding timeframe and performance expectations
Maintain internal and external communication with key stakeholders
Prepare final estimate package for the upload, audit, and/or billing process
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for maximizing gross profits at the project level
Assist with other departments as needed or assigned
Position Requirements:
Expertise in estimating projects within the restoration industry
3+ years experience with Xactimate and Symbility/CoreLogic
IICRC Certifications in WRT, FSRT/OCT, AMRT desired
Experience with project management, project scoping, job file processes, negotiation, and quality assurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn new software
Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven time management expertise
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to participate in "On-Call" phone rotation
Minimum of HSD/GED required
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Hours
Normal Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (in office), 40-45 hours/week
Potential for flex hours/work from home on scheduled days, dependent upon proven ability and level of experience
Flexibility to work overtime when required, including occasional on-call phone rotation responsibilities
Additional compensation or time-off arrangements may be applicable for on-call periods
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
