Key Responsibilities
Compile and resolve punch list items
Perform final walk-through with customer
Secure a signed Certificate of Completion/Certificate of Satisfaction from customer
Conduct pre-construction meeting with customer
Provide project update (daily narrative) to customers and clients
Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers
Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work
Document all project activities in the job book
Execute change orders
Set expectations on a project-by-project basic
Maintain quality standards through site inspections
Provide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractors
Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased
Ensure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their scopes of work
Validate schedule and progress
Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED

Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.
Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities, report daily to the Project Manager/Production team
Perform initial inspections and assess scope, equipment, and approx. time for work needed to Project Manager, as requested.
Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control, documenting in software (will train)
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
Assist in training and directing team members in proper procedures; field work, proprietary software via iPad, equipment/vehicle care, and documentation.
Additional tasks as needed, while continuing to grow and develop within the company through training opportunities.
On-Call rotation required
Position Requirements· Effective written and oral communication (Bilingual Preferred)

· IICRC certifications preferred but not required
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

The Food & Beverage Event Administrator supports the hotel's Food & Beverage (F&B) division by coordinating the administrative, planning, and operational details for events, banquets, and catering functions. Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination & Administration

* Track event changes, updates, and revisions in real time; maintain version control of all event documents.

* Maintain accurate records of event costs, food & beverage minimums, and consumption reports.

Guest & Client Communication:

Operational Support:

+ Keep inventory of all supplies in mail areas-includes USPS and accountable mail.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Safety** : Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls.
+ 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
+ 1+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
+ 1+ years of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles.
+ Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, with the ability to create and manage documents effectively.
+ Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Associates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus on Mechanical or Electrical field.
+ Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards.
+ Experience with robotic operation and maintenance.
+ Able to troubleshoot basic input and output functions.
**Physical Demands:**
+ Must have ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, use an aerial lift, and frequently lift a maximum of 50 lbs. of equipment.
+ Ability to perform tasks wearing appropriate or required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include but is not limited to hard hat, face mask, face shield, and composite toe shoes.
+ Regularly required to crouch or bend and reach to install/move equipment.

Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
Review and validate job site documentation
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
Skills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesThis is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
2 Years of Administrative or office related experience;
Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plus (not mandatory/will train);
Experience in service industry environment a plus;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
Good with numbers and processing information
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
Self-motivated and goal oriented;
Ability to multi-task;
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented office environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel);
Ability to learn new software including Xactimate and proprietary software - Experience is a Huge Plus!
Minimum education High School diploma or GED equivalent;
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable laws;
Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work overtime when required.
PRIMRY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and complete job file status;
Create invoices and preliminary estimates;
Prepare job file reports;
complete and review job file documentation for upload and audit process;
Import and upload documents in our system;
Communicate with team to establish priorities;
Refine/add notation to reports for upload;
Learn self audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities
