easy work, no overbearing supervisor barking at you. You can work solo or with the team. Not sure about the career opportunities aspect.. not much room for advancement that I have seen, and I have yet to see any internal opportunities for advancement, just more jobs. This company will LITERALLY hire ANYONE. as long as they are MILDLY productive, management doesn't care.
Only way to get time clock, payroll, etc is on a partially faulty app, nothing regarding payroll can be viewed on a computer, and support isn't "all there". When you describe an issue in detail, they return with "try (method already tried that encompassed the first portion of the email) and let us know if that works." Really? The supervisor(s) aka lead genereally sits around on their phone watching social media, but then tell the crew this activity is not allowed? HUH? roughly 70% of the other merchandisers are literally there for the check. Corners cut, slacking, sitting in the bathroom stall listening to music on earbuds etc. No one to really complain to as all higher management is not local.. And speaking of "higher" management... Smells like a pot farm after lunch from the parking lot to the work station. The quality of their work obviously suffers. Keep to yourself, you'll be fine.. Unless you are a stoner slacker, then in that case... management is yer pal...
I'm a night owl. Hours are good. Pay is good. work is GREAT if you are OCD!
The pros of working at SASR Workforce Solutions are… hard to think of.. you’ll never get fired maybe
The cons of working at SASR Workforce Solutions are u never get a raise, it’s ALL about who you know- I’ve seen terrible workers who only care about a paycheck and take no pride in their work whatsoever chosen to stay on or picked for jobs over good hard workers. It’s mind boggling. Very select people ever get a raise and basically it’s when they want you on a project and you refuse or something of that nature. Hard work is NOT valued. Not getting assigned to jobs when there are openings out of spite. Not a good company to work for. Management is TERRIBLE.
I don’t even know if one exists honestly
I don’t know the CEO wel. I’ve only met Patrick briefly but he has a good vibe and it seems like he cares
Get rid of all management and leaders and start fresh
There’s no need to apply. Everyone gets hired. Don’t know how to even pronounce the work planogram, no problem. You’re hired!
The pay is no great is the best I got. Where’s all this money going?? The travel incentive is terrible. They don’t pay mileage yet expect you to drive 1000+ miles
I don’t know
When doin complete remodels, it seriously is my favorite part when store employees see their store and keep thanking you because they’re so happy
The schedule is flexible.
The work isn’t consistent and the schedules are put together last min even when opportunities are presented weeks in advance.
Flexibility
No direct contact.
By having more consistent and advanced planning for jobs slowing the associates time to plan their schedule.
Researching the company and personal referrals of current employees
Good fair for expected job tasks
Fair.
Working with different groups each job
Great with scheduling/conflict management. Finding solutions.
Some co workers like to cut corners and spot light on others to take the lime light from there selves. Can create uncomfortable work place. if not address very early on.
Lots of discounts. Other great advantages
Getting to set my Own schedule
People seem not to get there on time to the job site
