Working at Seton can be challenging; however, it is also highly rewarding to assist young women in meeting their needs and providing the support of a listening ear.
The management team and upper management demonstrate a lack of professionalism and respect towards employees. Their primary focus appears to be on personal gain and financial compensation rather than fostering a supportive environment for staff and considering the needs of the children we serve.
The benefits are good.

I hope the CEO takes the opportunity to review the actions of the management team. It appears that employees are being let go without clear explanations or accountability, resulting in a perception that only certain individuals are favored for retention.
