About the Role:
Gentask is hiring three full-time appointment setters to pre-qualify ERC (Employee Retention Credit) customers. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who excel in phone-based outreach and customer qualification. A script, dialer, and all necessary resources will be provided. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential ERC customers using the provided script.
Pre-qualify leads based on specific criteria and document responses.
Schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
Utilize the provided dialer for call management and tracking.
Maintain accurate records and update lead statuses in the system.
Requirements:
Must be available during EST.
Strong English communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead qualification.
Ability to follow scripts while engaging prospects naturally.
Comfortable using dialer software and CRM tools.
Highly organized, goal-driven, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Female candidates preferred.
Background in financial services, ERC, or related industries is a plus.

Our average install time is 26 days, and you will get paid when panels hit the roof. Setter's commission: 30% of total commission from first 10 sales. 40% for the 20 after that, and 50% for all sales after that. Or after your first 10 appointments that sell you can train and move to closing. Average total commission from 1 sale is $5,000-$7,000.
Key Responsibilities:

Be able to go a month without pay (it takes a little while to get the commissions going, but once they do, they are really high!).
