By 1959, Techni-Tool was born. In 2012, Techni-Tool, and its affiliate Wassco Inc., were acquired by Grainger, North America's leading broad line supplier of maintenance, repair and operating products serving diverse businesses and institutions across the country.& operational improvements. SetuServ has successfully applied this with 20+ clients on a variety of textual data sources such as Net Promoter Score (NPS)/survey "open" ends, social media comments, reviews and in-bound complaints. SetuServ's offering was demonstrated at the Text Retrieval Conference (TREC), and is proven to produce as accurate outputs as those of the professional curators of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). SetuServ has given tech talks at Google and Yelp. SetuServ is the winner of the prestigious 2014 TiE50 Hot Startup Awards.
