Ability to work under pressure and within tight time frames. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Required Associate Degree Two (2) years of administrative, admissions or international education experience. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency. Preferred Bachelor's degree Experience with SEVIS, Colleague, Dynamic Forms, or related systems. Knowledge of F-1 visa regulations and international admissions processes. Experience working in a college or university setting, preferably in admissions or student services. Multilingual skills (Spanish, French, Arabic, or Chinese) are a plus. WORKING CONDITIONS: Flexible scheduling may be required during peak periods. Busy working environment with numerous interruptions. Occasional travel to off-campus sites for work assignments. SALARY: $12.00 per hour / up to 19 hrs. per week
