Knowledge of and delivers age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the resident as per care plan. Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
