Jack joined Turbonomic upon its acquisition of SevOne, where he served as its CEO. Prior to joining SevOne, Jack Sweeney served as CEO of seven companies, creating $2.3 billion in value. Jack says what’s contributed most to his success is learning from every mistake he’s made. Also, Jack was a Managing Director at Bain Capital Ventures.

In addition to his role at Turbonomic, Jack provides guidance and strategy as a member of ten boards of directors, four of which he serves as chairman.

Jim is a proven executive that has held leadership and CEO roles in software, hardware, and SaaS businesses. He has held full asset responsibility for P&Ls, Sales & Marketing, and Product Development at early stage and Fortune 500 businesses across diverse technologies including IT security and performance management for enterprise and carrier customers. Over the past two decades-he has delivered more than $1B in incremental value for discriminating investors through organizational transformation, value proposition repositioning, and organic/M&A growth

Jim has been awarded three U.S. patents in fault tolerant systems design. He holds a B.S. in computer engineering and an M.S. in management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute; and currently sits on the board of directors at Cape Cod Beer.

Prior to joining to SevOne, Yash served as SVP of Product Design and Management at CA Technologies, which he joined after selling his company InteQ to CA Technologies. Yash has founded several tech companies, such as InteQ and Jeavio. He is a current board member of TiE Boston, a nonprofit association dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship in the Boston area, and serves on the advisory boards for several startups.

Yash holds a Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University.
