Position Summary:
SeaView Community Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our Facilities team. The Custodian plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff, clients, and visitors. This position works independently and is responsible for the general upkeep of agency facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Clean windows, walls, and glass surfaces
Restock paper products and supplies in bathrooms and kitchens
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling
Report maintenance and repair needs to the Facilities Manager
Assist with seasonal upkeep such as snow removal, lawn care, and minor maintenance tasks
Ensure buildings are secure during and after shifts
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism across all facilities
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous custodial or janitorial experience strongly preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
Valid Alaska Driver's License and clean driving record preferred

This position will independently run the font desk, support the Saturday medical team, and be the face of the clinic in beautiful Seward, Alaska. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Negotiates payment from patients, helps them set up an agreeable payment plan or refers them to the O & E Coordinator for screening to determine eligibility for financial assistance.
Maintains compliance with HIPAA guidelines and discrepancy when handling patient information
Ensures that cash is secured and deposited into safe at end of day.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Compensation & Qualifications:

$23-27/hr Candidates with relevant work experience and a Medical Administration, Medical Billing, or Medical Coding certifications are preferred

Position Overview
SeaView is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician to join our dynamic team providing integrated mental health and substance use treatment services for both adults and youth. The clinician will carry a diverse caseload, providing individual and group therapy, conducting assessments, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support client recovery and wellness. Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults and youth experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate closely with case managers, peer supports, medical providers, and other behavioral health professionals.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations.
Maintain clinical documentation that meets agency and payer requirements.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Alaska licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) or eligibility for licensure within 6 months.
Experience providing therapy to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
Experience working with both adult and youth populations strongly preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Alaska Railroad Corporation Benefits
The following briefly describes the main benefits available to regular employees of the Alaska Railroad Corporation. Actual benefits differ by bargaining unit.
Retirement Plans
ARRC Pension Plan - Participation is mandatory. You are automatically enrolled in the Plan when you meet the eligibility requirement of your bargaining unit. Employees contribute 9% of their Earnings on a pre-tax basis. The Railroad is exempt from participation in Social Security; however, Medicare Tax is withheld. Participants vest with 5 years of eligible Vesting Service which entitles one to receive a pension benefit at retirement age.
Tier 2 Description (Employees hired after July 1, 2015)
Normal Retirement Age is age 65, however, the plan allows one to retire as early as age 60. The formula for a monthly Normal Retirement Benefits is 2% x Final Average Earnings x all Credited Service.
Early retirement, survivor and disability benefits are available for vested participants.
401(k) Tax Deferred Savings Plan - Participation is optional. You may enroll once you meet the eligibility requirement of your bargaining unit. Depending on the bargaining unit, there may be an employer match.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Trains employees; plans, assigns and directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines associates; addresses complaints and resolves problems.
Advises management of purchasing requirements with a focus on minimizing waste and avoiding product shortages.
Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
Operates and cleans equipment in accordance with department procedures after each use.
Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy; maintains established food rotations in storage in order to minimize spoilage and waste.
Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
Operates food-service equipment in a safe manner and according to established policies and procedures.
Helps serves meals; remains present during scheduled meal periods to receive customer comments and feedback.
Performs other duties as assigned.
