COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $27.65 to $28.65. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
? Calls on customers as assigned by Service Manager or General Manager to investigate operating difficulties of equipment. Diagnoses problems and figures out reasons and the nature of correction.
? Makes repairs or adjustments to equipment to return the equipment in working order.
? Cleans and maintains equipment on location including exchanging decanters and cleaning brewers.
? Documentation including verification of the closing calls, invoice completion, asset verification and any required customer documentation
? Repairs and refurbishes equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
? Ability to accurately collect work completed in company provided mobile device.
? Maintains a good working relationship and liaison with customers to maintain a positive image of the company and product.
? Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations.
? Maintains service area and vehicle in a clean and organized condition. Follows company guidelines on safety and operates vehicle in a safe manner.
? Completes weekly Driver Report and follows guidelines in the Fleet Manual.
? Follows all safety standards and policies set by manufacturers and company.

Qualifications
? High School Diploma or GED required
? Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
? Must be willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add additional lines and drainage when vital.
? Must be willing to learn how to work with copper, braided and pex lines. This skill is normally developed through six months to one year of experience in the equipment service operations or through vocational training.
? The ability to read and write in English is required.
? Must also possess effective communication and customer service skills.
? Incumbent must have an acceptable driving record and a qualified driver?s license.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Main Purpose of Job:
This is a hands-on, proactive, technical position that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently as well as with your team. The primary objective is to maintain and operate the ammonia system as well as other utility systems throughout the entire facility safely and efficiently. This will be achieved by ensuring that equipment is available for production. Reactive maintenance is dealt with quickly and accurately. Ensure that production lines are functioning properly to increase efficiency and minimize waste.
Actively monitor and evaluate equipment for needed maintenance.
Address all utilities support calls in a timely manner.
Anticipate working independently unless the task requires additional team support in which case you should contact your supervisor.
Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and maintained to GMP standards.
Spare parts are always correctly booked out and accounted for.
Performs Maintenance Tracking Sheet (MTS) inspections for the Mechanical Integrity of the Ammonia Refrigeration Systems.
Performs IIAR Bulletin 109 Inspections for the Ammonia System Equipment.
Work to ensure all Utilities Systems are inspected, maintained, and are operational in a safe, reliable manner to comply with regulatory requirements. Utilities Systems include but are not limited to, Ammonia Refrigeration, Compressed Air, Boilers, Steam, Condensate Return, Glycol, Brine, HVAC, Fire Sprinklers, Fire Pumps, Fire Risers, Wastewater Pretreatment, and Natural Gas.
Carry out required/preventive maintenance and replace worn/broken parts, providing feedback on frequency.
Utilize observations and data to track and repair premature equipment failures.
Ensure that maintenance tasks adhere to company food safety polices. Ensure that all parts and tools are sanitized before use on the production floor.
Ensure all working practices comply with company rules and procedures.
Maintain full and up to date records of all equipment, repairs, and parts.

Daily Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and repair residential septic systems (tanks, pumps, drainage fields)
Diagnose system issues and explain solutions with professionalism and confidence
Perform full installations, including excavation, equipment setup, and final hookups
Use tools such as drain cameras, jetters, mini-excavators, and locators
Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, and service logs
Follow safety protocols and site standards at all times
Collaborate with inspectors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth job completion
What You Bring to the Team:
3+ years of septic system experience (maintenance, repair, and installation)
Licenses/certifications in plumbing, wastewater, or drain services (preferred)
Strong knowledge of septic systems, pumps, drainage, filters, and local codes
Proficiency with jetting machines, excavators, and locating equipment
Clear, customer-friendly communication skills
Ability to read maps, navigate rural and urban job sites, and work efficiently
Physically able to lift 80 lbs and perform outdoor labor-intensive work
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Team mindset with initiative and a desire to lead when needed

Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, polices and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear
Reports any equipment malfunction to supervisor
Reports any customer problems or damage to supervisor
Completes assigned job tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job
Available to work on-call when scheduled; available to respond to projects 24/7 during assignment
Qualifications:
