This position is responsible for training students on the process of jersey and pant construction for MLB (Major League Baseball). Ensuring best practices are used within the manufacturing process to help ensure product integrity. Assist in the design of new procedures to ensure accuracy is kept within all processes. Performs system and/or manual tasks, and identifies and resolves learning gaps in the various functional areas of manufacturing, to meet departmental standards. Performs work under the direction of the department manager.

Purpose

This position supervises and participates in the maintenance, landscape and irrigation installation, and repair of properties.

Essential Job Functions

* Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, processing employee concerns and problems, directing work, counseling, disciplining, and completing employee performance appraisals.
* Coordinates, assigns and reviews work and establishes work schedules; maintains standards; monitors status of work in progress; inspects completed work assignments; answers questions; gives advice and direction as needed.
