This position is responsible for training students on the process of jersey and pant construction for MLB (Major League Baseball). Ensuring best practices are used within the manufacturing process to help ensure product integrity. Assist in the design of new procedures to ensure accuracy is kept within all processes. Performs system and/or manual tasks, and identifies and resolves learning gaps in the various functional areas of manufacturing, to meet departmental standards.
