The Manufacturing/Production Operator reports to the Production Manager and performs functions relating to the processing of drug products, ensuring product compliance to established current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), customer requirements and in conjunction with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Accountabilities:
Operates pharmaceutical production machinery and follows the procedures for manufacturing such as weighing, blending, dispensing, mixing, pellet coating, granulating, drying, milling, blending, compressing, Encapsulating, Coating, potent compound, etc. Meets the requirements for use of manufacturing equipment and other commonly used equipment per SOPs.
Executes written SOPs to ensure the purity of materials involved in the manufacturing process.
Properly uses all scales, including printouts, zeroing, setting tares, and daily calibration verification per SOPs.
Examines manufacturer Product ID Labels, Quality Control release tags, and Batch Production Record to verify issued/staged raw materials can be released for production.
Cleans manufacturing equipment and facilities according to established SOPs.
Executes machine changeovers from batch to batch.
May sample batches for quality testing. Executes required in-process product quality checks and documents accurately.
Understands and runs processes to meet the assigned schedule and standards/routers; when this is not achieved, participates in the debrief to understand the reasons why and what needs to be corrected moving forward.

The Machine Learning Engineer II will have the opportunity to interact with R&D Group to develop a variety of innovative computer vision detection, classification, localization, and tracking solutions for defense and commercial applications. Role Description:
The Director, Sewer Operations, is a senior-level leader responsible for the strategic direction, oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational performance of the wastewater collection system. This position directs all field operations, maintenance, emergency response, and capital planning related to sewer infrastructure. The Director ensures safe, efficient and environmentally complaint delivery of wastewater services to the community while promoting workforce development, asset stewardship, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversees the development and implementation of control measures to ensure the safety of the environment and the public through strict compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations-including the Clean Water Act, MS4 Permit, NPDES Permit, and requirements from governing bodies in Maryland and Virginia associated with the operation of the Potomac Interceptor.
Authorizes and signs official compliance reports on behalf of DC Water, bearing legal responsibility for regulatory submissions.
Oversees implementation of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), ensuring effective pollution control beyond the plant boundaries as part of interceptor system management.
Oversees and supports execution of high-value, complex contractual agreements specific to sewer operations and system rehabilitation.
Directs the review, development, and implementation of design documents, technical plans, and specifications for sewer and stormwater infrastructure assets.
Leads comprehensive asset management programs, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, with a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and system longevity.
Oversees operational and process analysis for sewer and stormwater systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and integrate technological advancements.

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Machine Baler Operator to join our recycling operations team. The Baler Operator is responsible for preparing, operating, and monitoring the baler machine to compress IT recyclable materials into dense, manageable bales. This role plays a critical part in our secure recycling process by ensuring materials are processed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, operate, and monitor the baler machine to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
Load materials into the compression chamber and safely remove finished bales.
Identify and resolve minor machine operational issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and report any major equipment concerns.
Adhere to all company safety regulations, procedures, and industry best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
Ensure bales meet specific size, weight, and density requirements for storage and transport.
Assist with sorting, staging, and handling recyclable materials as needed.

In a Nutshell:
Laddawn has manufacturing facilities located from coast to coast, which allows us to rapidly ship to our customers no matter where they are located. You'll help us inspect and package finished product that wows our customers.
What you'll be doing:
· Packaging bags\/rolls into boxes, weighing the boxes, and keeping accurate counts in the computer system.
· Performing quality control checks on product and ensuring that all products are properly labeled with a Q.C. sticker before stacking finished product.
· Keeping the work area clean and clutter free: picking up scrap materials around the production lines and cutting scrap off cores.
· Alerting Setup Technicians or Changeover Technicians using the light system to keep them informed of production status.
Scheduling
Production workers are scheduled 12 hours per day, 4 days per week, and work every other weekend.
Day shift is scheduled from 8am\-8pm. Night shift is scheduled from 8pm\-8am.
