The Adult Guardianship Coordinator assists those that are deemed unable to live independently and have been legally determined to be incapacitated. The Adult Guardianship Coordinator (AGS Coordinator) plays an important role as the court appointed representative for adults who are unable to make informed decisions or to advocate for themselves. The AGS Coordinator acts as an agent of Thrive Alliance, who is the legal guardian, and carries out the duties required of the representative/guardian.
