Job Requirements:
Requires a bachelor's degree or LPN, RN, SP, LPT, MSW.
Prefer two years' experience working with home health, hospice, hospitals, physicians, HMO's, outpatient services or social services concerning public relations or office procedures.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health and hospice regulations preferred.
If licensed, successful completion from an approved school of nursing, physical therapy, or speech therapy is required.
Ability to coordinate the transfer of patients to home health and hospice services, resulting in uninterrupted continued medical care.
Strong knowledge of home health and hospice services, comprehension of federal, state, and ACHC guidelines.

Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property, including implementing resident referral and employer outreach programs, using internet marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, e-mail, and other websites), and following other property-specific marketing plans, drives, and special programs.
Uses the on-site property management software application (Yardi, etc.) to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture critical demographic and other information about existing and future residents.
Ensures that the property and show units meet the Company's standards for show quality by daily inspecting the marketing corridor and leasing tour, communicating maintenance and upkeep needs to the property's maintenance team members, merchandising and ensuring a physically appealing show unit and/or model and amenities, and preparing the leasing office for daily leasing activities.
Follows-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction by sending e-mail, thank-you notes, and cards or making telephone calls or other contacts to finalize decisions to lease and/or renew.
Executes and performs activities in support of the property's lease renewal program by preparing and delivering lease renewal letters and packages for residents, meeting with and contacting renewing residents in advance of move- out dates and ensuring that lease renewal documents are signed and implemented on time.
Responds quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or documents and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s). This includes the ability to work in a stressful environment and work peacefully with co-workers and residents.

Work Hours:
This position is scheduled for 40 hours in a regular work week. Hours of operation vary by site, but typical sites are open from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm, and on Sunday 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Marketing Representatives must be available to work on weekends when scheduled and must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.

Assistant Community Manager | Job Functions
Leasing & Occupancy
Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process
Identify prospect needs, showcase available homes, and invite them to join the community
Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are completed accurately and on time
Meet occupancy goals through strong leasing performance and resident retention • Create and manage content for the community's social media platforms, highlighting resident events and promoting engagement
Maintain a clean, welcoming environment by ensuring the office, amenities, and common areas are immaculately presented
Financial & Administrative
Oversee rent collection, check scanning, and payment posting to ensure timely and accurate processing
Monitor delinquencies, make weekly follow-up calls, and coordinate eviction procedures as needed
Conduct regular ledger reviews to verify billing, payment applications, and account accuracy
Assist with financial reporting and documentation for Community Manager and regional leadership
Leadership & Team Support
Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Community Manager, maintaining continuity and team momentum
Support a positive and productive work environment through clear communication and goal-setting
Help prioritize daily tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional resident service
Respond to resident concerns and deescalate issues with professionalism, empathy, and follow-through

Work Schedule:
Office Hours:
Our leasing office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM, and Sundays 1:00PM-5:00PM. Two weekdays off are provided each week to maintain a 40-hour schedule if applicable.
Evening and weekend availability may be required for resident events or based on the unique needs of the community.

Appropriately assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care in accordance with the care plan including:
Assisting or performing personal care including:
Baths (tub, shower, bed).
Mouth care, denture care, skin care, foot care (no toenail cutting).
Grooming (shampoo, comb hair, shave, file nails).
Dressing and undressing activities.
Elimination (toilet, commode, urinal, bedpan).
Transfers.
Assisting with ambulation with or without mechanical aids.
Assisting the client with therapy exercises under the direction of a Registered Therapist
Appropriately assist with household tasks directly related to the client's health and in accordance with the care plan:
Maintenance of a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
Planning and preparing meals according to specific dietary requirements of the client, and if necessary, feeding the client.
Light housekeeping of client's immediate environment.
Laundry of clients bedding and clothing.
Assistance in completing activities such as shopping/grocery, errands, and appointments outside of the home.
Providing companionship and stimulation for the client including reading, walks, etc.; and accompanying the client to doctors or other appointments.
Utilize equipment in an appropriate and safe manner.
Remind client for self-administration of medication.
Do Not Administer Medications. Medications include eye drops, ear drops, ointments, pills, suppositories, injections, herbal remedies, and over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol, Aspirin, vitamins, and minerals.
Accurately documents shift details and services accurately within established time parameters.
Ensures the safety of clients and self. Follows Universal Precautions and demonstrates safe hand washing techniques.
Observes the client's general physical, emotional, and mental status, and report all changes in the client's conditions, family situation, or incidents during shift immediately to agency coordinator, supervisor, and client's designated representative (as instructed by employer).
Maintain and improve skills through attendance with staff development programs and in-service education requirements.
Maintain Confidentiality in all professional areas and consider the needs of clients and their families, other employees, physicians, visitors, and all members of the community in an informative, courteous, and compassionate manner.
Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
Follow all agency policies and procedures.

Requirements
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current CNA or PCA certification in NC
CPR Certification, preferred by not required
Open to new graduates and those re-entering the workforce!

Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with clients, their families and other care providers.
Confident working independently
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Willingness to embrace technology/utilize computerized systems
