I loved working for this company. the office people are very nice

the house leads and management are not inclusive to new staff. the house leads make sure new people feel uncomfortable in their role..

the CEO is a very nice lady and is very inclusive to new staff. I feel that she is unaware of her house leads and some management are doing to new staff

I would require house leads to have training that made sure they do not bully new staff.
