Job Duties/Responsibilities: * Perform systems administration for enterprise Omnissa (Horizon VDI) solutions, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. * Analyze and resolve issues related to servers, hardware, applications, and software within the Omnissa environment. * Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards and organizational policies. * Oversee daily system operations, evaluate server resource availability, and manage all Omnissa software activities. * Assist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining virtual machines and backup configuration procedures. * Maintain and monitor patch releases, design and implement patch installation strategies, and ensure systems are updated per program standards. * Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting support, working with end users and technical teams to resolve complex issues. * Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of images for VDI terminals, including application support and baseline management. * Ensure VMware backend capacity and stability to support virtual desktops and overall VDI infrastructure. * Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices for system administration and service support. * Perform shift work to provide continuous 7x24 coverage.
