The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' success with Veeva's clinical operations products and services. You will serve as a liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, fostering collaboration, triaging escalations, and highlighting value through proactive engagement.
This is a great opportunity for someone with clinical operations expertise, who is passionate about working with customers, developing relationships, and working cross-functionally to improve the overall customer experience.
What You'll Do
* Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva Clinical applications
* Own the relationship with your customers' application owners to understand their strategic objectives and challenges
* Act as a trusted advisor for your customers and liaise with relevant Veeva stakeholders to address customer needs
* Lead meetings with customers to demonstrate success and identify additional value opportunities
* Provide strategic guidance to optimize consumption of Veeva product releases and customer's roadmap
* Facilitate customer to customer or customer to Veeva connections for collaboration opportunities and industry learning
Requirements
* 7+ years experience in clinical operations within a life sciences company
* SaaS/cloud experience in the management of clinical operations applications
* Experience working with large global pharmaceutical companies

The Role
As a Solution Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the sales team, acting as a trusted advisor to understand customer business challenges and translate them into compelling solution demonstrations. This involves preparing and delivering tailored presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and leading in-depth technical discussions to showcase how Veeva's applications address specific pain points and drive improved business outcomes. The Role
Veeva Systems, the leader in the Industry Cloud for Life Sciences, is seeking to hire an Integration Architect for our Site Solutions Professional Services team. In this role, you'll help implement integrations for SiteVault, a solution focused on clinical research sites, and play a key part in ensuring customers' long-term success. You will serve as the main point of contact between Veeva and key customer stakeholders to design and support integrations, drive collaboration, manage escalations, and demonstrate value through proactive engagement.
As an Integration Architect, you'll be responsible for investigating and implementing new integrations with our customers, coordinating with both customer stakeholders and vendor counterparts. You will be entering at the ground floor for our integration team, helping shape both design and implementation strategies for our product. Ideal candidates will have experience leading the design and deployment of innovative integration solutions within the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors.
Opportunities are available within the United States for this role, which is a remote position with a strong preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone. * Lead the charge in scoping integrations required by sites, ensuring alignment with customer goals and sales expectations

The Role
The Veeva PLM team is seeking a Principal DevOpsEngineer to design and build our next-gen infrastructure on AWS. The Role
As a Technical Consultant, you will be a key member of the Veeva Vault Technical Services team which will be the leader in Vault Platform architecture and application extension through Java development. At 100% of your sales target, annual earnings typically range from $83,800 to $103,200. Commission earnings are capped at 500% of target, allowing for an annual earning potential of $225,000 or more for high achievers. **What you'll do:**
Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.
+ **Lead Generation and Prospecting** : Actively hunt for new leads within your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas for cold calls and door knocks.
+ **Client Engagement** : Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers. Present tailored growth opportunities and efficiencies to both current and potential clients.
+ **Account Development** : Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
+ **Consultative Selling** : Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections, identify key trends, uncover customer needs, and leverage industry knowledge to find and close sales opportunities.
+ **Proposal Development** : Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present products and services that can benefit customers.
+ **Strategic Initiatives** : Design and implement strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned complex accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
**What you'll need:**
+ **Hunter Mindset:** A relentless drive to seek out leads and close deals, coupled with resiliency and perseverance.
+ **Networking and Negotiation Skills** : Strong ability to network and negotiate effectively.
+ **Valid Driver's License** : Must have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to meet the transportation needs of the market.
+ **Sales Targets** : Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.
**What you'll bring:**
+ **Sales Experience:** 2-5 years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience, with a preference for outside telecommunications sales.
+ **Technical Knowledge:** Experience and knowledge in fiber broadband technology and mobility products and services.
+ **Sales Funnel Management:** Proficiency in managing sales funnels and previous experience with CRM systems.
