Comprehensive Medical Physicist in Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology and Hospital Radiation Safety is responsible for performing all medical physics tasks necessary for the safe and accurate delivery of therapeutic ionizing radiation in collaboration with the radiation oncologists, interventional radiology, and staff of Carle Foundation Hospital. Comprehensive Medical Physicist in Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology and Hospital Radiation Safety will be responsible for maintaining State and Federal regulatory requirements specific to the practice of radiation therapy and radiation safety at Carle Foundation Hospital. RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact BLS - Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor Additional License(s) and Certification(s): Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience Required Minimum Skills: Ability to read, write and speak English language, optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and holds basic computer skills. Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills along with customer service skills required. Ability to function in a fast paced environment and respond to emergencies in using a decisive, composed and respectful manner.
