The Applications Administrator will focus on the support of hotel operational systems including OPERA, MICROS, Toast, Stay n Touch, ProfitSword, and Hotel Effectiveness. This role supports property teams through daily troubleshooting, project coordination, new property onboardings, and system rollouts. The Applications Administrator strengthens system stability and ensures that hotel teams can use these tools effectively to drive guest service, productivity, and financial performance. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for issues related to OPERA, MICROS, Toast, Stay n Touch, ProfitSword, Hotel Effectiveness, and other hotel operational applications outside the scope of property level managed IT services.
* Troubleshoot access problems, configuration issues, transaction errors, interface interruptions, and general application performance concerns. Escalate to system vendors when required.
* Coordinate and support system upgrades, new property onboardings, migrations, brand driven changes, and cross property projects related to PMS, POS, and performance systems.
