I am an executive with a track record growing global consumer and industrial product businesses. My background includes general management, product development, marketing, sales, operations and strategy. My experience has spanned the consumer electronics, home appliance, apparel, sporting goods and materials industries.

I am currently the Chief Product Officer for SharkNinja, which is a global leader in the small home appliance industry. For the five years prior to SharkNinja, I led Operations and Transformation at Dell Technologies. I also spent several years living in China leading organizations for both a large Chinese State Owned Enterprise and a billion dollar Irish Multinational, PCH International. In my role at PCH, I led an organization of 5000 employees and grew revenue and gross profit by over 30%.

Previously, I held leadership roles at Nike for nine years, most recently as the General Manager of Nike’s Vision, Digital Sport and Timing Business Unit. In this role, I was particularly proud of my efforts to establish and grow the Digital Sport Business, license the Nike Vision Business and transition out of the Nike Timing Business. At Nike, I was also a Research Director and led the team to create the most successful innovation platform in the history of Nike Apparel.

My career started as an engineer at DuPont. While at DuPont, I was fortunate to experience a wide variety of roles forming the foundation of my business and leadership skills. During this time, I also went back to school for an MBA balancing work, school and raising three young boys. My last and most rewarding role at DuPont was leading the Kevlar Apparel Business.
