To support our growing business, we are looking for additional **Sales Account Executives** to increase revenue in our Sharp Business Systems division. Currently, we are hiring in our Charlotte area sales team. The Sales Account Executive role is responsible for the execution of new business strategy and directly managing the interactions with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.
**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for prospecting and developing new business sales relationships within assigned territory.
+ Meet or exceed established sales quota by selling Sharp technology solutions and services.
+ Partner internally with sales, operations, and service teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
+ Secure weekly client meetings virtually or in-person.
+ Complete sales activities via CRM tool set.
+ Review weekly with management, prospecting activity, sales pipeline activity and client activity.
+ Present proposals, presentations, and demonstrate the value adds of Sharp Technology Solutions.
+ Manage the Pre to Post sales and operational actions for implementation of client solutions at customer locations.
+ Consistently achieve monthly activity and revenue goals.
**Qualifications**
+ BS/BA in Business administration or related field preferred
+ B2B Outside sales experience in technology preferred
+ Relevant industry experience accepted in lieu of a college degree
+ Technology competent, understanding of MS Office applications and comfortable using Virtual Meeting Platforms (ie. MS Teams)
+ Experience working with Salesfore.com or similar CRM
+ Valid US driver's license and reliable vehicle is required on a daily basis

The potential first-year earnings at quota for this role is $51,015 - $59,985. Pay is made up of base salary, commissions, and bonuses. The starting base salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location with a range from $30,015 - $42,883.

You will be responsible for the preparation of account reconciliations associated with JSOX controls, providing support during the monthly accounting close (including AP & AR reconciliations), along with the creation and posting of journal entries with applicable supporting documentation. A DAY IN THE LIFE of a Branch Customer Service Representative
The Auto Club Group is seeking prospective Branch Customer Service Representatives who can promote ACG products and services, promote customer satisfaction, and participate in office events to help generate revenue by improving member awareness of products. As the face of our branch, you will greet our customers and provide peace of mind by servicing their needs.
Provide sales and support services to members including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products (car, hotel, basic tour packages, etc.) and (some) banking products.
Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information
Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agent when appropriate
Provide cashiering services to members which includes taking and processing payments for insurance policies (installment, lapse or reinstatement), travel and sale of tickets, and travel money products, processing remittance/depository transfers and balancing cash drawer
Receive and resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management in complaint resolution when appropriate

A day-in-the-life of a Technician A:
Technician As complete routine scheduled maintenance service on automobiles and trucks, as directed by a Manager or Service Advisor. What You'll Do as an Insurance Sales Agent
· Responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch.

What is our Leadership Development Program?
The Car Care Leadership Development program is designed to provide future leaders the foundation and guidance to operate, lead and maximize a Car Care center. Learn to lead and manage the following areas to ensure optimal success as a Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager or Service Advisor:
Lead and assist in the customer service and sales process including but not limited to: customer service, sales, writing and updating repair orders, digital vehicle inspections
Overall operational, budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities of the Car Care location (i.e. payroll, expense control, shop efficiencies)

Partner with Area/Regional Manager to recruit, interview, select and hire appropriate number of staff to meet business needs
Partner with Area/Regional Manager to ensure compensation changes, promotions, demotions and termination decisions are handled and communicated correctly
Maintain the highest level of customer service scores by handling customer complaints immediately, focusing on solutions and resolve to assist members/customers
Actively looks for member/customer needs across all business lines; introduces members to other departments
Champions safety and ensures Car Care branch is within compliance of established safety guidelines
Conduct investigations for safety incidents; identify with Safety Manager opportunities for correction or improvement

A DAY IN THE LIFE of a Branch Customer Service Representative
The Auto Club Group is seeking prospective Member Representative I's or Branch Customer Service Representatives who can promote ACG products and services, promote customer satisfaction, and participate in office events to help generate revenue by improving member awareness of products. As the face of our branch, you will greet our customers and provide peace of mind by servicing their needs.
· Provide sales and support services to members including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products (car, hotel, basic tour packages, etc.) and (some) banking products.
· Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information
· Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agent when appropriate
· Provide cashiering services to members which includes taking and processing payments for insurance policies (installment, lapse or reinstatement), travel and sale of tickets, and travel money products, processing remittance/depository transfers and balancing cash drawer

A day-in-the-life of a Service Advisor:
Service Advisors serve as the liaison between customers and the automotive technicians, properly informing and educating customers on repair and maintenance needs to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. They schedule, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers to expedite their service experience. In addition, they enter repair orders into service database system; produce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates. Service Advisors also complete documentation of automotive problems and service needs by listening to customer's description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, and examining service schedules while providing clear and consistent documentation within the digital vehicle inspection and the point of sale.
In this role, Service Advisors will also have the opportunity to:
Prepare pricing estimates for labor and parts based on technician's notes and documentation, per business line predetermined matrix
Utilize the consultative selling process to assist customers in recommending needed maintenance based on technician notes and recommendations to accommodate each customer's situation, vehicle age, mileage and history
Communicate frequently with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
Gain superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information
Process customer payments for services
Collect deposit (minimum 50%) from customer on repairs that exceed $1,000
Be an integral part of maintaining customer satisfaction scores
Actively identify member / customer needs across all business lines; introducing members to other departments.
Advocate for membership, insurance and travel departments
Assist management with inventory count and maintain of efficient stock level, as needed

Competitive pay range starting at $45,000 annually (rate based on experience and actual hours worked: base rate + monthly bonus + annual bonus eligibility).

Required Qualifications:
Have a High School diploma, GED or Technical school certification
Posses a valid driver's license
6 months or more of relevant customer service or sales experience

Must be able to work in the heat, as some locations do not have air conditioning. Fans are present in all facilities.
Must be able to maintain working on your feet in a concrete facility for the entire work shift.

A day-in-the-life of a Technician C:
Technician Cs complete routine scheduled maintenance service on automobiles and trucks, as directed by a Manager or Service Advisor. They spend their day performing basic automotive repair, adjustments and maintenance procedures, including, but not limited to; oil changes, tire replacement & repairs and general vehicle maintenance.
In this role, a Technician C will also have the opportunity to:
Perform automotive repairs, adjustments and maintenance procedures as outlined on repair orders
Complete fluid exchanges, alignments, brake services, advanced repair and maintenance services, etc.
Drive vehicles into service bay, prepare them for and completes digital vehicle inspection
Test drives vehicles and prepare vehicle for delivery to customer after necessary repairs and maintenance are complete
Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member / customer experience
