Traci Shaw MBA is a Chief Financial Officer at Sharpen and is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. She studied at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Kevin Schatz is a Chief Technology Officer at Sharpen and is based in Carmel, Indiana. He has worked as Manager, Global Development Services at Genesys Interactive Intelligence; Manager, Professional Services North America at Genesys Interactive Intelligence; and Director, Global Development Services at Genesys. Kevin studied at Purdue University between 2001 and 2005.

Pamela Hynes is a Chief Operating Officer at Sharpen and is based in Indianapolis Indiana Area. She has worked as VP Global Client Services at Genesys Interactive Intelligence, Director Support at Software Artistry, and Client Success PureConnect Premise at Genesys. Pamela attended New Hampshire between 1984 and 1986.

Ric Kosiba is a Chief Data Scientist at Sharpen and is based in Zionsville, Indiana. He has worked as Vice President, Genesys' Decisions Group at Genesys Interactive Intelligence; Vice President, Operations Research at First USA Bank; and Vice President & Co-Founder at Bay Bridge Decision Technologies Inc. Ric studied at Purdue University between 1982 and 1991.
