Nothing at all. They are greedy and will screw a customer over in a minute

Put it out of business or have a reputable company buy it for pennies on the dollar given what they have done to a once famous brand.

Get rid of the owners

They take barely breathing people to work for them, and pay them nothing.

Sucks

I really don't care, many of the people on the phone work offsite and are asked to screw the customer.
