* As CEO of Sharps Compliance Corp., negotiated, secured and managed a $40 million government program with the CDC, developed and launched a new line of cost-effective "multipack" medical waste solutions and designed, developed and launched the Company's MedSafe solution designed for the cost-effective, safe and secure disposal of unused medications including controlled substances.

* As CFO of Billings Concepts Corp., a $200M public technology company – addressed declining revenues from legacy business by transforming company into a diversified technology company through strategic acquisitions and divestitures.
