Spectra Contract Flooring is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Northern VA.

Position Overview - Project Manager

Coordinate contract flooring projects from the approval of the project through the final completion. Ensure that each project is completed on schedule, that the quality meets all standards, that the projected profit levels are maintained or improved, and that the customer is completely satisfied.

Responsibilities:

* Assist Account Managers with estimating.

* Communicate with mills and other distributors to determine the availability of products

* Responsible for submittal process including samples, MSDS, maintenance, and warranty information

* Coordinate and run the job on a daily basis

* Share responsibility for the success of the job

* Responsible for ordering and expediting materials, and making certain of dye-lot compatibility, and tracking orders

* Communicate job schedules to coordinate with the client, the general contractor, and/or Field Supervisor

* Determine steps necessary to meet project deadlines. Respond with urgency and flexibility to meet frequently changing project schedules.

* Perform consistent, timely follow-up with suppliers, tracing as many as thiry separate shipment of items depending on the complexity of the job.

* Make freight arrangements for product shipments in the most expeditious and cost effective manner.

* Locate installers for out of town installation and negotiate prices and schedules.

* Thorough follow up is essential including evening and weekend contact as required. Communicate with customer at every opportunity.

* Coordinate all change orders in writing. Track all changes to insure proper completion and billing.

* Monitor installations for meeting schedules and quality standards

* Approve installation bills. Review and evaluate all installer bills for accuracy

* Maintain required documentation in job folders and on the computer system to support the projects. Assemble all information relating to the projects.

* Prepare job folder for invoicing. Review for extras and change orders, determine freight charges, verify for accuracy and submit to Accounts Receivable.

* Receive punch list and repair calls. Determine responsibility for repairs. Prepare cost estimates if necessary. Review invoices and charge back to primary installers accordingly.

Position Overview

O verview

Interact with consumers to understand their needs for Shaw products while creating a strong relationship with our marketing partners. Your ultimate goal is to delight the consumer and create a positive impression as they journey through their flooring experience. Guide consumers through their questions by being their advocate through the decision making process. Obtain a mastery of subject knowledge and internal resources to communicate effectively through phone calls, chat sessions, and emails. Be responsive, professional, and go the extra mile to ensure that every interaction is an excellent experience, and that the consumer has an awesome impression of Shaw and it's br ands.

Responsibilities

+ Greet consumers in a timely, professional and engaging manner.

+ Actively listen to the consumer. Follow a logical sequence with communication and stress critical information clearly and succinctly. Ask clarifying questions as needed.

+ Adjust to the consumer. Translate technical terms as needed and be meaningful in response to the consumer's specific request.

+ Provide honest and appropriate feedback regarding product selection based on an understanding of their need, lifestyle and other criteria.

+ Be aware of any legal or regulatory guidelines, and use judgment in all communication.

+ Prioritize activities and tasks and communicate as needed with leadership on critical clients and information.

+ Maintain documentation of consumer relationship in CRM tool, Salesforce.

+ Leverage resources to complete work efficiently.

+ Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the consumer.

+ Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best information and service possible.

+ Follow up with the consumer timely and effectively.

+ Set and achieve personal, service and sales goals while supporting the overall goals of the company.

+ Sales & service interactions must be managed through Salesforce.com performing all essential daily, weekly and monthly activities.

+ Set and achieve goals to exceed previous sales monthly/annually.

+ Set a standard for excellence and dedicate a high quality of work to assignments, requests and tasks.

+ Build brand loyalty for Shaw by providing ex cellent service, accurate information and by following up with the consumer to ensure satisfaction.

+ Immediately react and problem solve when issues arise and always maintain a positive and helpful approach to the situation. Generate and evaluate all options.

+ Develop the most effective solutions. Identify and understand problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing the information.

+ Resolve incoming issues through the consumer's preferred appropriate channel including phone, email and/or chat.

+ 1 year min of customer service experience, preferably direct consumer experience.

Integrated Customer Care Business Intelligence Analyst - REMOTE

Position Overview

This position will partner closely with business users across ICC to develop analytical solutions to empower data-driven decisions. This role will serve as the subject matter expert on data analytics for ICC.

Responsibilities :

+ Build and maintain strong relationships across the ICC, B usiness S olutions G roup (BSG ) , and I nformation T echnology (IT).

+ Supports existing B usiness I nsights (BI) reports and automated reporting schedules daily .

+ Scope will focus on daily data and analytical needs for ICC .

+ Develop, test, implement, and modify advanced reports, discovery, analytical and dashboard solutions based on documented business requirements and expectations.

+ Create complex SQL scripts to perform data extractions for reporting and analytical solution development.

+ P repare structured or unstructured data for analysis.

+ Understand and translate complex business needs into requirements.

+ Assess business requirements against capabilities in the business intelligence environment, including availability and quality of data/ or functionality of analytics or visualization software .

+ Supports technical needs on process improvement projects .

+ Plans and conducts on-going user training classes while helping the business leverage the full functionality of each solution as needed in a one-on-one setting.

+ Performs basic project management tasks and takes the initiative to conduct necessary meetings to document requirements and business value tied to the request. Estimates effort for completing requests.

Requirements

+ 4 year degree with some work experience in designing reporting/system solutions OR High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of work experience writing SQL and developing reports .

+ 2+ years of data engineering experience in a role involving data extraction, analysis, and statistical modeling .

+ Experience in time series modeling .

+ Expert at delivering solutions utilizing analytics tools/ languages such as SQL, Tableau, R, Python, or Splunk .

+ Fully Remote position with an estimated 5% travel to customer locations, conferences and/or corporate locations.

Preferred

+ Experience with Tableau

+ Experience with Shaw Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Distribution, and Customer service data .

+ Knowledge of Shaw's data warehouse .

+ Knowledge of Shaw Customer Service processes .
