Shaw Industries will provide training to help you develop your skills and grow within the company. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned department and role, your duties may include:
+ Each role has different lifting, reach, and physical movement requirements. Typical requirements include the ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push repetitively.
+ May need to climb ladders and stairs depending on the position.
+ Must be able to lift a minimum of 15lbs - 50lbs.
+ Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas, including production floors and staging zones.

Position Overview
As the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Residential Business Unit, you will lead a team of Project Managers focused on New Product Development (NPD), commercialization, and product strategy- this is not an IT or technology PMO role. This role must foster professional, collaborative relationships with business leaders throughout Shaw's organization, Shaw IT partners, and software supplier partners. The candidate should have the ability to bring together cross-functional teams from all levels of the organization in a variety of business and technical areas to assist in the successful implementation, adoption and utilization of MDM (Master Data Management) solutions.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the business systems subject matter expert to define, implement, and maintain Shaw's MDM solutions.
Define and manage project plans, which include determining phases, milestones, and implementation and training timelines, as well as holding team members accountable to meet defined target dates.
Manage requirements, testing, and implementation of solutions or process improvements.
Manage the creation and distribution of material used to communicate and train end users on Shaw's data management systems.
Serve as a functional System Administrator, managing functional system configuration and system governance. (ex. User access and role security assignments; user interface configuration; internal parameter maintenance - machines, products, etc.) Meet regularly with and positively influence system users, ensuring business system needs are captured, clearly understood, evaluated for business benefit & effort value.
Ensure day-to-day business application support.
Present project status updates to appropriate level of management (project teams, Directors, Sr. Management)

Responsibilities:

To retrieve product from inventory bins and transport them to proper location as instructed by onboard computer or Management Personnel.
Place unwrapped product on the wrapping station as needed.
Raise or lower dock leveler as needed.
Use orange cone system for full or empty trailers
Use Lift Truck to transport palletized freight as needed.
Have the Lift Truck battery changed as needed.
Must hand load trailers when requested by Management Personnel.
Ensure proper product packaging is complete before placing in proper location.
Must adhere to normal work schedule, starting and stopping times and company attendance/tardiness policy.
Must be able to work necessary overtime.
Assist in other jobs and duties as needed.
Perform any duties you are OJT certified to do.
Helping to keep the work area clean.
Qualifications:
Must be able to sit on a Lift Truck for long periods of time.
Must pass vision requirements for operating lift truck.
Must be able to mount/dismount lift truck 80 to 90 times per shift.
Must be able to work in a warehouse environment.
Must be able to physically handle up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
Must be able to handle rough backing and latex-based products
