LSS Recovery Center Oconomowoc provides up to 30 beds for adult women in need of Medically Monitored Treatment and Transitional Residential Treatment. Services are gender specific and trauma informed. The facility does allow for infants up to age 3 months to reside with their mothers who are receiving SUD treatment services.
As as Support Professional, your role is to help these ladies stay clean and sober, adhere to the requirements of the program, pass medication, provide meals, complete household chores, etc. This is a part-time, weekend only position, 10 hr days and a one hour staff meeting during the week. Posting Status: Second Posting, Open to All Application Deadline: Open Until Filled The faculty member will engage in a Tribal College environment and is committed to working with a diverse range of student interests and abilities while committed to teaching, advising, and service to the college, community and profession. The faculty member will perform teaching and program duties for the Math and Science Department by providing instruction as assigned; conducting and assessing instruction; assisting students through academic advising; establishing, posting, and maintaining office hours; and providing leadership and the ability to foster partnerships for the development, growth, and support of the Math and Science Department and the Sustainable Development Institute by engaging in Indigenous Research. Other duties include supporting the mission, vision, and values of the College; serving on various academic and CMN committees, task forces and other groups; and participating in various official College ceremonies and meetings. Lastly, and most importantly the faculty member will have a strong desire to connect and emphasize ideas and concepts in their specialized field by using Indigenous perspectives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Responsibilities, & Duties:
1. STEM Faculty and Research
* Teach assigned Science emphasis courses, such as Biological and Physical Sciences, Natural Resources, and Sustainable Agriculture as appropriate;
* Develop and implement Science emphasis curricula as appropriate for CMN that transfer to other Institutions of Higher Education and/or leads to gainful employment in the STEM fields;
* Demonstrate ability and understanding and experience of various methods and technologies within the context of evidence-based pedagogy in teaching and assessment of student learning;
* Demonstrate competency with an ability to utilize current technology and learning management systems to facilitate learning in a web-enhanced environment;
* Be actively engaged in professional practice and/or research in various STEM fields including, but not limited to, Biological and Physical Sciences, Natural Resources, and Sustainable Agriculture;
* Assist CMN recruiter with recruitment efforts for Associate and Baccalaureate degrees in Biological and Physical Sciences, Natural Resources, and Sustainable Agriculture;
* Assist Academic Advising with advising CMN students enrolled in the STEM disciplines;
* Assist in the development of strategies aimed at increasing student retention in the Biological and Physical Sciences, Natural Resources, and Sustainable Agriculture Associate and Baccalaureate programs;
* Assist Academic Tutoring staff;
* Engage in Grant-funded, Indigenous Research in concert with CMN Sustainable Development Institute by assisting as Senior Researcher and/or Primary Investigator for STEM related research. The percentage of research and course instruction will fluctuate each academic year based on funding.
* Participate in CMN committee, accreditation, and assessment processes;
* Participate in community service-within the college and surrounding communities-and outreach activities;
Minimum Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in a STEM-related field, including but not limited to Biological and Physical Sciences, Natural Resources, and Sustainable Agriculture.
* Experience teaching in a Higher Education setting.

Desired Qualifications:
* Ph.D./Ed.D. in a STEM-related field, including but not limited to Biological and Physical Sciences, Natural Resources, and Sustainable Agriculture.
* Minimum of 2-3 years undergraduate teaching experience, preferably in a community college.
* Experience working in grant-funded research, including but not limited to an understanding of grant writing, and grant management skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Shall provide fast courteous, efficient service to the guest within any station.
Shall accurately calculate guest checks and ensure that each and every check is accounted for.
Shall finish cleaning tables when guests are through.
Will pre-buss tables and/or Casino floor sections when customers are seated.
Shall provide beverage service as needed and /or beverage cart to guests of the MCR
Shall set all rooms according to the BEO for each event.
Shall remove all soiled dishes, glasses, and flatware to the dish room and/or breakdown area(s).
Shall stock and/or replenish stock of all food and supply items as well as dishes, glasses, flatware, jellies, butter, etc.
Shall monitor floor areas to maintain cleanliness. Maintain that storage areas are neat, orderly, clean and well stocked in accordance to maximum levels prescribed.
Shall do set ups and take downs according to BEO's directions.
Shall deliver and set up cater-outs.
Shall clean chairs, tables, glass, and vacuum as needed.
Shall attend mandatory training when scheduled.
Shall assist with training when required.
Shall perform other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Shall be at least 18 years old or older. Must be able to work unusual hours, days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to withstand a background check. Preference given to qualified Menominee or other Native American applicants. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED required.
At least six months of previous Guest Service Experience. Preference will be given to experience in Hospitality (Food & Beverage). Six months serving experience in restaurant, and/or banquet facility, with tray service experience preferred.
Require 6 months (verifiable, working in one job or good school attendance) work history.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
Must be TICS certified within 90 days of employment.
Driver's license is not required but would be beneficial.
Catering / Banquets: Six months serving experience in restaurant, and/or banquet facility, tray service experience preferred.
Restaurant: Six months serving experience in restaurant, and/or banquet facility, with tray service
Experience preferred. Worked with a POS system (electronic cash register system) required.
Bar: 6 months serving soft drinks & 6 months experience working with the general public.
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

About the Role
As an Instrumentation & Controls Technician, you'll troubleshoot, install, and maintain advanced electrical and control systems that keep our high-speed equipment running. This includes PLCs, HMIs, drives, motion controls, and networked automation systems.
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot, program, and maintain PLC-based control systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
Support and upgrade HMI, motion control, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Perform electrical/mechanical upgrades, rebuilds, and repairs
Lead and support automation/control system projects
Collaborate with operators and maintenance techs on complex repairs
Train and mentor less experienced team members
What We're Looking For
Required:
5+ years of maintenance or electrical experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting or a score of 69+ on the Ramsey Maintenance Test
Strong multi-craft skills (electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting)
Hands-on experience with PLCs, drives, and servo systems
Ability to work independently and read advanced schematics
Preferred (not required):
State of Wisconsin Master Electrician license
Associate's degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics, or Robotics
Experience with Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and industrial networks
Welding/fabrication skills
