Responsibilities SNACK FOOD PACKER 12 hour night shift 7pm to 7am Hourly Rate $19. 30 + $3 shift premium for night shift Packer Team Members are directly involved in making sure every product that leaves Shearer's Snacks is of the highest quality and ready to make people happy at their next picnic, birthday party or snack time. As one of these important team members, your day will include: - Assembling boxes, packing bagged product from the packaging tables into the cases and placing them on pallets, inspecting finished product and assuring quality - Taking pride in contributing to the overall cleanliness and efficient operation of your facility - Supporting your team as needed - and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Senior Demand Planning Analyst A Senior Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for developing a monthly consensus forecast for specific sales segments. Key responsibilities include developing a baseline statistical forecast, understanding and adjusting historical outliers, incorporating market knowledge such as promotions or other events that would impact demand, and addressing forecast errors. Proposes changes for addition, removal, or change to inventory status within their assigned storeroom(s) through proper channels. Achieves targets for all storeroom metrics including zero stock outs of critical spares, 100% of parts assigned to BOMs. Reports storeroom performance metrics to site leaders as required. Executes cycle counts on schedule and at or above targets. Communications inaccuracies and creates action plans with Storeroom MRO Leader for assigned storeroom(s). Implements corporate storeroom standards and best practices, completes assigned maintenance activities to ensure part longevity and reduction of infant mortality after installation. Executes kitting process supporting maintenance work cycle. Identifies form, fit, function equivalents within their storeroom for consolidation and communication to MRO Storeroom Leader Interacts with local supplier representatives to build effective relationships that support the needs of the storeroom during normal operations as well as emergencies. This includes support of vendor managed and consignments agreements where appropriate. Understands and uses corporate taxonomy standards to identify parts, including addition and correction with the CMMS. Performs additional duties as assigned.
