Check pallets & codes
Weigh containers, adjust quantity, and perform weight checks
Start, stop and regulate speed of conveyor
Label containers, container tags or products
Pick up material from pallet, hand truck, and place items onto conveyor or chutes to dump bulk materials onto conveyor or transfer materials from one conveyor to another conveyor and align material on conveyor. Clean packaging containers and equipment
Inspect material, products and containers at each step of packaging process
Record production, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork.
Responsible to keep equipment running
Responsible to follow production schedule and notify supervisor if unable.
Maintain area in accordance with AIB, BRC and Haccp Standards
Follow safety policies and standard work procedures

Responsibilities Sanitation Technician The Sanitation Team member is responsible for production and non-production areas of the plant, as outlined in the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), working to prevent product contamination and adulteration, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety.
This individual will work on all aspect of cleaning from the ceilings to the floor and will be trained to operator a forklift and a scissor lift.

About the Role:
As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in shaping a supportive and engaging work environment for the Northlake, TX plant, a manufacturer of quality coffee. Your role will directly impact the success of the site by ensuring smooth production operations, by overseeing and managing the daily operations of the production floor.
You will lead a team of operators, technicians, and workers, focusing on maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and quality standards, making a meaningful difference in the day-to-day experience of employees.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to production workers, including assigning day to day tasks and ensuring production targets and schedules are met.
* Coordinate production workflows, monitor production lines, and ensure equipment and materials are available.
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all production processes.
* Conduct training and development programs for new hires and existing staff to maintain skill levels.
* Lead and collaborate with other departments to participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Important Details:
* This is a full-time, on-site role on Third Shift on a 12-hour continental schedule. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts.

* High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's degree or higher in manufacturing, industrial technology, or related field is preferred.
* Minimum of three to five years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment, with at least one to two years in a supervisory role is strongly preferred.

* Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management.
* Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Pick up materials from pallet, hand truck, etc. and deposit ingredients into hopper machine. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
· Knowledge of Inventory Control System
· Operate walk behind lift.
· Follow schedule to run proper product

· Track waste
