Production Technicians performs in-house servicing and repair of company products at established company repair site or service center. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures. Performs maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products. Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS General Focus: * Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and provide feedback on the production floor. * Collaborate with and contribute to continuous improvement projects. * Recognize and act accordingly to differences between production and rework processes and units. * Understand and assist with any inventory transactions and data recording required for Intelsat's products. * Assist with physical inventory requirements as required.
