Our CBRF Assisted Living facility features 25 single-bedroom units and caters to a predominantly independent population. Notably, our facility operates as a no-mechanical lift environment, and is not a locked memory care unit. Key Responsibilities:- · Process physician orders efficiently and accurately. · Review and update residents' care plans regularly. · Monitor and evaluate resident weights and vital signs, providing updates to the Manager and Physician as necessary. · Serve as the primary clinical contact for resident medical concerns while on-site. · Assist in the development and delivery of staff clinical education programs. · Conduct thorough reviews of resident charts to ensure compliance with assessment standards.
